Are suppliers required to have beneficiaries sign a document stating they have received warranty information? Will site inspectors look for this signature?

As indicated by the standard, the supplier may choose how to document that warranty information was provided. Should there ever be a question about whether warranty information was provided to a beneficiary, the supplier is responsible for providing appropriate documentation.
