6. Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital Actually Exists
Grey Sloan Memorial is not C.G.I. after all, in fact the hospital at the center of ABC’s hit medical drama actually exists – well sort of.

For the series’ exterior shots of Grey Sloan Memorial, ABC has used shots of at least two actual buildings: Fisher Plaza, home of ABC’s Seattle affiliate KOMO-TV, and VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center (pictured above). Fun Fact: If you look close enough in the pilot episode you may be able to see the KOMO-TV logo on the side of the building!
As for the series’ interior? While most of the series’ is filmed on a set, the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, particularly its lobby, has been used as the backdrop of several episodes (as seen in the image above).

Did Cade survive in The Resident?

My wife had a stroke in 2017 and suffers from expressive aphasia. She participates actively in a support group sponsored by the Alder Aphasia Center and has made good progress but still has a long way to go.We are concerned with the media’s characterization of aphasia. On of the shows we watch is NBC’s “New Amsterdam.” Over the past few weeks one of the stars, Dr Sharpe, was featured as she recovered from a stroke. Having lived through stroke recovery with my wife I thought their initial recovery characterization was extremely accurate. The speech therapy was very realistic and certainly mirrored my wife’s experience. Well that all changed this week when miraculously Dr Sharpe was shown speaking perfectly and again practicing medicine. While I appreciate that “New Amsterdam” is just a TV show intended to entertain I think the producers have done the aphasia community and the general public a tremendous disservice by mischaracterizing stroke recovery, particularly with respect to aphasia. They have trivialized what is typically a debilitating and challenging condition. They gave the impression recovery is a simple and short duration process. It is not. They have raised expectations to a totally unrealistic level.l

Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman and 9 CW shows canceled too soon
Emily Cabernet
I agree, with the way they end these 2 shows. Its the fans in the first place that help shows have good ratings. If a pilot is introduced & its not not watched, then it never going too gets kicked of the ground, but if millions tune in then it the beginning of the first season that can lead to many seasons, which in return gives the TV Channel ratings & Those others, Jobs. So to end Batwoman & Legends of Tomorrow the way they did & Especially Batwoman not to say Black Lighting as well, says to us fans we're Nobodies because if we where, then the Fans would have least gotten a better endings then this. I can say with Legends & Black Lighting, at least fans got a chance too see the couples get married. I do not know what other fans are thinking or think, but for Me I stopped watching Freeform for that very reason they ended The Bold Type & now I am done with CW. Those Channels do not deserve fans at all no matter what new shows they may come up with future wise. Do me once, ok, twice that's it, NO MORE CHANCES for CW. DONE. Those of you who still watch Riverdale, good Luck, cause they're next.
