upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination

I do not know anything about proxy, or confirgurations, etc. I just know I continue to receive this error message while on Walmart website when I click on an item to view it to add to my cart. I've tried restarting and using different browsers but nothing works. It's only like this on Walmart.com

I need help but I don't understand anything I have looked up. HELP

    Bug description

When I deploy a service after some point I am getting

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination error. It is random and i have found out that it only happens (not all the time) but if i got error it is definitely after this line connection is no more.

    kubectl logs -n namespace $POD -c istio-proxy

2020-09-24T17:12:35.507004Z warning envoy config [bazel-out/k8-opt/bin/external/envoy/source/common/config/_virtual_includes/grpc_stream_lib/common/config/grpc_stream.h:92] StreamAggregatedResources gRPC config stream closed: 13,

Also after getting this error and can't connect to my Istio endpoint/service, 30 minutes later (roughly) i get this line

2020-09-24T17:43:49.473767Z warning envoy config [bazel-out/k8-opt/bin/external/envoy/source/common/config/_virtual_includes/grpc_stream_lib/common/config/grpc_stream.h:92] StreamAggregatedResources gRPC config stream closed: 13,

connection is reinstated and i can connect the service again. It does not happen all the time but when it happens it lasts 30 min exact time to be connection reinstated.

I made a curl test every 30 seconds and it starts at 2020-09-24-17-12 and finishes at 2020-09-24-17-43

The web server you are trying to connect with has run out of resources and has refused to serve you.

Web servers are complex networks of computers with shared storage systems and all sorts of stuff. If they didn’t control their use of these resources then they could slow down so much that nobody could access the site. By limiting the number of requests that they serve they ensure that the people who get in can use the site without excessive wait times.

EDIT: The solution is to wait a while. If the error was caused by excessive traffic then it will die down in a few minutes. If it was caused by a

Why can't my PC detect my WiFi but can detect other WiFi connections?

I use to face this issue on my laptop running on windows 8.1, the trick that helped me solve the issue is as follows.

Goto Devicemanager>Network adapters>find your wlan card

    rightclick on wlancard>goto properties

In the properties window Goto Advanced tab select the option “Country Region (2.4 GHz)” change the value to “#1(1 - 13)”

    Hope this helps.

Add BIOS update. It helped me.

When a website you are trying to connect to says this, it is very likely the server is overloaded and can’t accept your web request, or your computer’s time is out of sync. You could also be seeing this becasue certain system apps are missing, for example I could not load spotify after force uninstalling Cortana. There are many reasons, but it is most likely on the servers end and you can get away with waiting 15 minutes.
