Description
The bugI was just exploring my snapshot world and went to a Mangrove swamp and the game kept freezing and continuing and then froze and crash. I have the crash report in the attachments.
I looked into it and noticed this crash was from the frog entity.

I also had a similar crash with the relevant line being
at aej.a(SourceFile:453) -> ServerLevel.tickChunks
Seems like the ServerLevel.random is the instance accessed from multiple threads.

I experienced this crash while exploring a large mangrove swamp in creative mode.
World seed: -6130920181816870746
Player location at crash: x=-1561.32, y=158.74, z=-844.11
Chunk to be generated: -112,-39 (-1792, -624)

I got hit with this in the middle of a freshly-generated Ice Spikes biome with no frogs or swamps around that I'm aware of, save for one that I left hanging around my spawnpoint several kilometers away. The chunk referenced in the crash report (484, 41) is on the edge of a mountain biome.
It's probably redundant at this point but I'll see if I can attach my crash report for good measure.

Getting this only with newly generated worlds. Old maps from prior snapshots are not crashing.
More prone to crashing in the Nether.

Random crashing with new preview
Question
I just got the new 1.19 Optifine preview to use on a 1.19 paper server because my trident farm has been lagging my game really hard courtesy of the 144 bubble columns. Now I am dealing with random crashing that is because
"The game crashed whilst accessing legacyrandomsource from multiple threads
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Accessing legacyrandomsource from multiple threads
Exit code: -1"
Anyone know a fix, and has this been happening to you? (P.S. I have no knowledge related to coding or programming so do please speak in simple unga bunga english) (P.P.S I can try to send the image in the comments I am terrible with the Reddit GUI however)
[UPDATE] The crash still exists in the new preview 2.

Disable connected textures in quality video settings. That will fix it.

I had two resource packs on:
a 1.18.2 highlighted ores pack (that doesn't work for some reason anymore) and fullbright 1.19 for optifine. fullbright was pretty slow on loading, especially after leaving water.

So I have a NVidia RTX 3050 GPU in my laptop with an AMD CPU. The original minecraft client uses the Nvidia one, but optifine uses some AMD thing, but I want optifine to use the NVidia GPU too. So can I please get some help about what to do, how do I do it?
