Harika

Yemekleri, odalari, manzarasi harika. Herkese tavsiye edecegim bir otel. Kahvaltiyla baslayan lezzetli menu , neredeyse tum gun devam ediyor. Keyifli bir tatil icin kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrica su parki , dalış gibi aktiviteler de mevcut.

Bu yüzden tatile kötü başladık, uçuş bir buçuk gün ertelendi. Her şey yolunda giderse ertesi gün kontrol edeceğimizi bildirmek için aradık. Hilton Honors puanlarını kullanarak rezervasyon yaptığımız için kullanılmamış sayılacağımızı söylediler. Yeniden rezervasyon yapabiliriz ama şimdi oda puan olarak 4 kat daha pahalı, şaka değil. Uluslararası aramalarda 100 doların üzerinde para topladık, Hilton'u onurlandırmamızı söylediler. Hilton Honors ayrıca bizi beklemeye aldı ve oteldeki bir yöneticiyle konuşmamızı söyledi. Bir saat daha beklemeye alındıktan sonra, telefona daha fazla ücret ödendi, kimse bize yardım edemedi. Bizi telefonla kontrol edip edemeyeceklerini sorduk, yapamadılar. Rezervasyonumuz iptal edildi. Hala curacao biletimiz olduğu için para ödeyip başka bir yere…

Mangrove resort by hilton, hizmete girdiğinde çok fazla çalışmaya ihtiyaç duyuyor. Gerçekten çalışmak veya hizmet sunmak istemeyen çalışan birçok çocuğa. Arkadaş grubum İspanyol ve beyaz değil, beyaz insanlara ayrıcalıklı muamele edildiğinde kesinlikle hissettik ve biz öyle değildik. Gıda kalitesi bir hilton için çok zayıftı ve kesinlikle hilton adına sürüklüyor. Her şey dahil bir otelde çılgınca olan oda servisi ücretlendirilir. Temizlikten odamızı temizlemesini istedik ve bir hazımsızlık sorunundan sonra çarşafları değiştirdik ve temizlikçi bayanın lütfen gelmesini rica ettikten sonra çarşaflarımız ve kirli bir odamız yoktu. Kesinlikle Curacao'da yaşayacağımızı düşündüğümüz deneyim değil.

Curacao, Güney Karayipler'de büyük bir adadır. Seyahat dışında maske takan pek fazla insan göremezsiniz. Covid temelde burada yok. Bu, yakın zamanda ( 9 / 21 ) Hilton ile birleşen bir Avrupa Markası Corendon'dur. Hilton'da yeni olduğu için gezginlerin %85'i Avrupa'dan (çoğunlukla Hollandalı), %15'i Amerikalı. Odamız çok temizdi. Bir elmas üye olarak, yükseltilmiş bir oda ve her gün bizi kontrol eden kişisel bir kapıcı ile mükemmel bir şekilde tedavi edildim. Yemek hepsi dahildir. Ana restoran açık büfedir. Bir gün önceden rezervasyon yaptırmanız gereken dört ek açık hava özel restoranı vardır. Odalar Avrupa havasına sahiptir. Merkezde büyük ve temiz bir havuz bulunan resimlere benziyor. Evden bir elektrik adaptörü getirdik ve telefonlarımızı şarj etmek için ön bürodan bize bir…
