Doctor King read 2 important documents, the Holy Bible and the Declaration of Independence.
The Bible has numerous examples of people who disobeyed mans laws in order to obey God. Daniel continued to pray to God every day even though King Nebuchanezzer had made a law declaring that he was the only god to be worshipped or prayed to on pain of death. Dr. King, and those who worked with him, ended up proving that segregation laws were unconstitutional. They had a choice of obeying the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, or the local and state laws that were eventually overturned. If the Constitution had not been on their side, they could have still used the moral grounds cited below to justify not obeying unjust laws.

Originally Answered: Was Martin Luther King, Jr. unfaithful?
Yes, he was, and seriously so. FBI surveillance accounts and accounts from King's own associates reveal that when he was travelling and away from his family, he had an unfortunate tendency to sleep with women he met on his travels. And this isn't a matter of one or two affairs, he apparently had appetites to rival those of President Kennedy and other powerful men of the era.
